1,2,3...

First I found this fabric and then
at the dollar store I found this
coloring book the numbers are
from 1 to 15 wont this be cute.

I think this fabric will be the sashing
or border. Or maybe the back ground for
each number block I haven't decided yet.
My thought is to use just scraps and make
a scrapy quilt out of it. not sure yet.

some new fabrics

When held out this is what
these fabrics are like. 8 different
prints in one fabric. Cool huh.

I saw this really neat quilt on Welsh quilter and wanted to
try it and needed 9 different patterens in all different colors.
I found these cool huh. I'm excited to get started.

This is Gaby with her butterfly quilt.
I just finished it today. Her mother
reminded me that when she was born
I promised her a quilt. She will be 3 in
June. She really likes it. She just doesn't
look like it. I used the wonky block from
someone else's blog.

Coco was missing

this next month after I get paid

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends

These are the drawings of a quilt I want to make.
And so do my girls who watched the cartoon show.
One is missing I will post Coco when I discover why
he didn't show up.

I got the top done.

I chose brown to put around

the blocks. Now I have to decide
what to put on the back. I'm thinking
maybe a green or calico fabric. Not sure
yet. But I like it.

I'm connected again.

Wow! it's good to be back. My internet has been done since Sunday. Our modem went bad and had to replace it. It's funny how you get use to something and how hard it is not to have it anymore. My girls were going crazy without the internet. My husband baught a new modem last night but couldn't get it set up, so I had to call quest and have them talk me through the set up. I did it, yea me. So anyway good morning ladies. I'm glad to be back on.

So these are the first two blocks.
I just need to finish the grass
on the school block. I'm not sure
what to do in between each block
yet. but I will soon.

A Give Away

I know it's been awhile but I'm trying to finish the last of the country houses so I can begin sewing them together. but It is on hold for several days. When I'm not sneezing, caughing I'm dripping. I'm not taking the chance. Will post when I'm feeling better. bye, caugh, caugh.
