Pumpkin Pie Filling Day





This is what I'm doing today.
Fresh pumpkin filling. This is the first batch I got done. I make only fresh pumpkin no cans for this girl!

I have a pumpkin at home ready for roasting, too! It will become one of my husbands famous pupmkin cheesecakes, the trick is a gingersnap crust!

I'd be happy to send anyone a pumpkin pie if only we had personal transporters in our livingrooms, Then I could send you all some and my sister the black embordey floss she always seems to need but not have. LOL
